    Paperboard, screen, video projector, 2 wireless microphones, 3 gooseneck microphones, lectern, stage furniture, mineral water
    • Welcoming coffee and pastries or a break (sweet)
    Tea, coffee, fruit juice, mineral water, mini-pastries or cakes
    • A coffee break

    • Lunch in the rotunda
    Choice between 4 menus
Minimum billing: 100 persons.
Single menu to be chosen for the whole group.
